The accum/dist line is going up like this because all of the bagholders are buying and holding these .0002s and .0003s in order to average down in hopes that someday it will recover enough the loss won't be so bad.

You can't trust a company you can't get in touch with. It is becoming clearer to me that this is simply a couple of dishonest people running a low key share selling scam over the internet. And they had to quickly come up with an excuse to "sell" the hotel and "real assets" in Nicaragua because we had an investor going to check on it and other people started questioning the validity of the company.
