in order to get back to the pinks the company needs to complete a form 15c2-11, find a market maker who will sponsor it, and submit it to finra for approval. if you care what that form is, you can read it here:

the bad news is, no suspended companies complete the process and return to the pinks.

Likely not see a PR or Update from Company until SEC completes its investigation or responds to the information company has provided, or through legal. Not privy to details, but they did through IR post a short message to the public:

We are cooperating fully with the SEC and have the highest hopes that the investigation concludes as soon as possible. The stock will begin trading again tomorrow on the grey markets. So the million dollar question is: how long are we going to be listed on the Grey Market?

Until an MM files a Form 211, and it's approved by FINRA. That's not a simple matter. Even if the company were able to find an MM willing to do it, the process would take months.
