I have heard that view before, that no one comes back from the Grey Markets--the land of departed spirits. I must confess I don't know how accurate your view is. You may be right. I have never had a stock get hit by the SEC before so this is a learning experience for me. It is interesting however, while no one has ever come back from the dead as you indicate, there is a procedure for getting the stock back to the PInk sheets. Maybe CMEY will be the first? I dont' know. At least we can hope. Good luck to you.
