Correct it's the normal insurance tactic to intimidate the docs. It's par for the course for the business spin is in.

And as we all know, it also takes nothing for a "long" to start a new Ihub account and have a "concern" during market hours timed just enough to impact the buying at the days high.

End of day chart looks like a kamikaze pilot hitting a battleship gun turret. Such is life when cogged comments are tossed around from individuals. A cog in this wheel may be slightly chipped but it will continue to move forward as this train won't derail not even for that extra share one's trying to accumulate.

The alternative is reading comprehension 101 as SPIN wasn't named in the lawsuit as you pointed out but again a discussion outside of market hours, imo, is only common sense especially with this news being recent but not new.
