Traderfan, sorry if you panicked and sold some shares, but I will say it again. This suit has nothing to do with SPIN or you can bet it would have been named.
The reason John Talamas and his personal advertising company Drill Media was included was because Drill Media does the advertising for the tort attorneys.
Don't you find it interesting that Allstate doesn't dare include the actual PI attorneys in their suit? I suspect they know better then to try to catch that alligator.
