However, are you unaware of OTC stocks that trade in DOLLAR mutiples that have 0% institutional ownership(every company has to start somewhere, and inst. ownership will possibly follow).
How about OTC stocks with a PPS of $20.00 or $30.00 PS? (Some Toyotas?)
P.S. for many years I would never have considered an OTC stock
