Interesting points.

However, are you unaware of OTC stocks that trade in DOLLAR mutiples that have 0% institutional ownership(every company has to start somewhere, and inst. ownership will possibly follow).

How about OTC stocks with a PPS of $20.00 or $30.00 PS? (Some Toyotas?)

P.S. for many years I would never have considered an OTC stock

Exploding volume and PPS attract Institutions to legitimate companies that unleash REAL, documented(PNAS), innovation, with obvious tremendous markets.

Which came first.....the chicken or the egg?
