Not due to the..CC...

ARN was down 11% yesterday because of a "non final" rejection of its crutial 889 patent..the LDL neutrality one...

At least one fund paniced and sold 2mil shares into the maket and ended up down in the $7.50 range...Guess that guy did not understand PTO BS and realize a non final rejection is one step beneath a love letter in the PTO process...That trader may be looking for a job in the near future.

Sorry the cite wont load, but you can go to the Yahoo AMRN board and find the cite which does load from there..It is very interesting if you want a real inside look at life in the PTO..
