Yep..IMO what really is moving it is the statement by Leerink:
"Leerink thinks the non-final rejections may contain resolvable items and continues to see value in the stock."
This cracks me up though...Thinks that there are " resolvable items." Well the patent docs are not public yet, the company stated on last nights call that they haven't even seen them...So unless Lerrink has inside information, there "resolvable items" claim is pure BS. The ONLY rational for that claim at this time, is that it was issued a non final rejection vs final rejection.
