cleaning up the old shell? REALLY?!?!?
No, the attorneys are NOT trying to "clean up" the old shell! They are being paid to separate and address the old liabilities and contingencies of City Capital Corporation because Donald discovered that he could no longer pretend that these claims against CTCC didn't exist. He FINALLY realizes that IF it can be done, resolving these issues will not be easy OR cheap!!
