the curious trades were trades that were wash traded between the entities who had by then successfully orchestrated one run in (july 2009) in exph and were *waiting* for the second to commence (sept 2009) my rt observations of said curious trades (from memory) was late july 2009 or very early in august 2009 >> and clearly noted via the tapes of trades i would begin to document on EXPH
in 2009 ETC >> was very much a factor of the co.s transition to what i call the next level >> that still didn't mitigate or negate the risk and wouldn't ~ sadly the events of late fall 2009 and early into 2010 would impact the co.s future >> death spirals on the poorly watched OTC >> come in many guises
there were multiple issues at *work* >> and against EXPO ensuring that *survival* in the worst economy since the great depression wasn't an option with one aspect in no doubt >> the no. of EXPH shares abusively shorted
and it's the only aspect i'm interested in knowing the answer to is did mgmt participate?
imo the answer continues to be no (mgmt's shares were still held via cert form) and the TA has no reason to lie even tho' posts have indicated the TA is *involved* >> it's not an *opinion* i share >> not surprising (but ironic) that the TA is owed monies
regardless the FACTS will come from the authorities in due course info has been in their hands across multiple levels from sept 2009 to june 2010
