there were multiple issues at *work*....

The multiple issues I see is that Expo Holdings 'DID NOT' retire one single share that the company PR'd several times prior to 2009. The last PR mentioning share structure stated around 330 million were set to be retired.

A total lie imo. These shares were ultimately REISSUED such as a secondary offering or something similar.

I would stake my life on it....
