Hi Dog, It's pretty clear if you read the last company filing that everything is "Wired" and ready to go for a buyout. All the deals with any note holders are in place and ANTS has all but released the news. I still believe that there will be a bidding war for control of the technology (SAP, IBM, Oracle, HP and others). This may very well be happening NOW before anything official is announced.
The three big boys have controlled enterprise database software since the beginning of time. HP wants desperately to get into the enterprise services business. Whoever controls this technology will totally change this and destroy the monopoly. This may be why the company has gone "dark" and is probably why the company has delayed releasing any news.
I believe that once the technology is sold the company will pay a special one time dividend (probably around $.12 unless a bidding war moves it higher).
