ironbro, ASSUMING a buyout occurred in late 2011, can you (or any other board posters with knowledge) please help explain what the three or four most likely potential outcomes will be for us common stock holders when the announcement is made?

I would sincerely appreciate anyone's input here because I don't even come close to fully understanding this process and its potential pros and cons. TIA
