Seems like they learned something from the Pino days by not including specific dollar amounts and other details that would force an momemt like the one when Pino had to issue a PR retracting most of the pump PRs he issued previously - the billion dollar deals and such. Of course Pinos real mistake was using the name Mellon. Later on they ran afoul of banking regulators in regards to Paychest.com - which was then shut down by regulators. Now they just stick to make nebulous claims about private financiers, plants and things that are happening without going into details. Like when it comes Commercial Production - they dont say how much. It could be a box of test pads produced by an unamed company that will one day be sent to stuckholders as promotional items to try and lure them into buying more .0001 paper.
