let me reiterate *ACC441* in the fall of 2008 i was a new investor in expo holdings via exph
as is always my *way* of investing >> i dip my toe and buy a *bit* of shares >> then i wait to see what mgmt executes >> before i buy shares again
however in 2008 i fully understood the risks in play in EXPH (the fact that co. is on pks >> stock is not registered with the sec and my awareness of cash being hoarded due to credit seizing up) >> i have zero reason to doubt jd's comments from oct 2008 >>> specific to co.s credit lines >> but that doesn't *negate* what comes to pass with other entities >> including cost of goods (materials going to COD >> co.s delaying orders or canceling them in totality or even customers filing for BK down the road)
i recognized all of this in 2008 >> and 2009 >> imo ETC had the ability to transition the co. to the next level
clearly X entity/s who wash traded EXPH shares for a good part of 2009 >> felt the same way >> it's easily sourced
all that matters to me today as an ACTUAL EXPH SHAREHOLDER is if mgmt *participated* in that *orchestration* >> if they did >> it's securities fraud and they all get to go to jail
works for me >> i will wait to see what course the authorities pursue re: EXPO/EXPH
i've made myself more than than clear a few 100 times over
