There's the rub 4k

i've made myself more than than clear a few 100 times over

If one read, and understood, all the postings here which spotlighted the innumerable deceptive steps, maneuvering and downright devious innuendos coming directly from management [all with links too]..... their rate of accuracy is over 90% now.

On the other hand .... messages which offers up a diversionary defense of EXPH managements despicable actions and dishonest behavior has less than a 5% rate of accuracy now.

Therein lies 'the rub'

indeed things were different in 2008-2009 .. as in the general **MESSAGE** being disseminated ..

in 2008 - 2009 the following was *par* for the course:

As I've *ALWAYS* said...JD is a quick study... my money is on JD

*that is one smart and canny CEO ~ who knows his business and will adjust his business model to suit the *MACRO* environment

MGMT has *NEVER* sold a single share

Fast forward to 2012 and the *PLAYBOOK* has indeed changed:

*For new eyes only* has been replaced by- "i'm not responsible for *anyone* forming an opinion based on the nonsense i post"

*they can't stop Expo's climb to the top" has been replaced by- "poorly watched Otc/bb"

*they can manipulate the pps to .0001 it won't impact the *VIABILITY* of expo* has been replaced by - "poorly watched otc/bb"

*exph on the amex or naz by 2012- i try to be realistic and CONSERVATIVE in my expectations* - has been replaced by "i never rely on a smb for dd so you shouldn't either"

*I'm in the *know* and i trust my DD* - has been replaced by "I am not a consultant"

*congrats on the share purchase*- has been replaced by "you should have paid more attention to the JMO part and less attention to the- 'going to amex-naz' part and of course even though i explicitly posted *FOR NEW EYES ONLY* and provided links to JD's youtube propoganda i did not promote exph and i'm not a consultant

*jd is one *SMART* canny CEO* - has been replaced with "learning curves"
