Correct me if I'm wrong but, I believe CHRI issued the first PR regarding the LOI. HBRM followed with the latest news that it signed the LOI.

Alright, i just bought another 134,000 shares. I guarantee they will release news this week :) and when they do, this stock will soar to the moon :)

It isn't fishy. It is the companies duty to get the share price as high as possible. The second one was actually a signed letter of intent. The first one was a received letter of intent from CHRI. The next PR should be the completed deal. If you ask me they are going above and beyond, letting us know each step as it happens
