Therefore you knew your next answer/complaint even as you posted your revised questions, because you revised them specifically to be such that you would never have to admit that any answer was satisfactory.

BS, I had to turn the "boilerplate" into questions to ask if Kim has proven any of those. Kim said he has not proven any of those things, yet you are claiming he has.

This company published two articles on spidersilk body armor just about 3 days ago. In those articles they reference the work of Fraser at UND and seem quite clear that They Want It, and They Know Where to Get It.

"seems" is not a word that describes fact based proof.

The fact is that you have no idea if Kim is in conversations with any potential suitors or not. We know Kim CAN ramp up monster silk, but he HAS NOT.

These statements are still entirely applicable:

investors should be aware that we have not proven that we can:

·
raise sufficient additional capital in the public and/or private markets to continue the development of the transgenic silkworm, demonstrate the ability to produce commercial volumes of recombinant silk fibers or product effective polymer fibers using such recombinant silk fibers;

k, so has he "demonstrate"d ability to produce "commercial volumes" yes or no?

·
develop and manufacture specialty fibers achieve market acceptance;
has he developed/manufactured fibers that the market has accepted?
·
develop and maintain relationships with key vendors that will be necessary to optimize the market value of the fibers we develop;
what "key vendors" related to KBLB are optimizing the "market value?
·
maintain relationships with strategic
partners that will be necessary to manufacture the fibers we develop or develop relationships with potential strategic partners which may license or distribute fiber products that we develop;
what "strategic partners" have been made to "manufacture the fibers"? What relationships with "strategic partners" have been made to "license or distribute" the fiber?
·
respond effectively to competitive pressures; or
ehhhh
·
recruit and build a management team to accomplish our business plan.
I already respect your answer on this
If we are unable to accomplish these goals, our business is unlikely to succeed.

Obviously the SEC filing quote from a very recent filing, was not in the form of a question.

Thanks Mike. This is the main reason why I visit this board - access to information which might instill some confidence that this company might have a chance to go commercial (I'm very frustrated and nervous about information KBLB has publicized)

You mentioned the 'articles published 3 days ago' by Safeguard.
Could you post a link to them, please? Thanks.

I just can't see how this science can easily/economically go everyday commercial products. It seems like it would need to be something like this amor wear.

In extremely vague language, Mr. Thompson talks about his wish/dream/goals about going commercial. My personal logic......Yes, science took man to the moon, 5 decades ago.....Despite some people's follow up fantasies of moon travel, it never happened. Very soon (hopefully this week), KBLB has to announce something......I hope to learn if Mr. Thompson landed Moby Dick or if Moby threw the hook. Right now, I'd be satisfied if he landed a chub...Just give us something that at least makes the stock pop.
