THANK YOU! Zenaku!

These are indeed the two (actually three with the materials engineering article) articles that I was referring to but for some reason could not find.

I did not realize that they were from two different companies because both the names and the Product pictures were so similar.
Looking at the two websites I think that SafeguardArmor, the UK co., is the actual manufacturer, and Safeguard clothing is a distributor of some of SGA's products. (note the pictures of the "Vizer" model vest, they seem identical.)
It is the UK manufacturer's article that lists both UW, and UND as the sources.

Zenaku/Mike

FYI I Did a little digging

We have the following, definitely the same company but these are the US and UK websites, the mai difference being that the second one has spelt armour correctly (ha ha):

www.safeguardarmor.com
www.safeguardarmour.co.uk

I can't work out whether the company is originally from UK or US to be honest. There does seem to be a disproportionate number of pictures of UK based wearers on the website (i.e. UK cops etc)

FYI both of these companies are actually the same company also
www.safeguardclothing.co.uk
www.safeguardclothing.com

Proof here (check the addresses in Leeds & Fort Collins, not Ne):

http://www.safeguardclothing.co.uk/content/3-terms-and-conditions-of-use
http://www.safeguardarmour.co.uk/

http://www.safeguardclothing.com/content/3-terms-and-conditions-of-use
http://www.safeguardarmor.com/

Just been marketed in a very diferent way but same products basically.
