Who's to say he won't ... it will take time for things to develop.

It would be nice if everything could happen over night but that rarely happens ... hell the TA opening was just PR'd Feb. 9th.

I would imagine that he is doing or going to do that if it is in the best interest of BCAP.

I don't know what type of contractual obligations he may have with his current TA. Could be a sizable cancellation fee or length of service agreement or both.
