LG -- how do you resolve that against Edgar Sargent stating several times to several callers that there are "no hidden assets"?

Also, I have a hard time believing that this case, at this stage, is going to exist confirmation and then "poof" -- "lookie what we found here"...

So very hard to rationalize that in reality. Hope maybe, I get. But reality, no.

these are the kind of messages that get people expecting the moon, and then when it doesn't materialize, they go batsqueeze crazy that they aren't being treated fairly, or that they were tricked into thinking this was a sure thing, or whatever other excuse they can think of to blame someone else for their decision to throw money at it.

But you do realize that it means we received 66 cents ( post) assuming 1 for 30....far off the projections of some. It's survival of value at this point. $20 is still a joke in my opinion post BK but what we may gladly accept.

I was thinking that all along rosen misleading the crt and charging all that fees can we restrict them for getting all that money from the firm and working for others benefit i am sure they got money from them too why we pay too for going against us.
We should send letters to judge since we are paying rosentard and ec lawyers(at this level we can't affford giving more then we can afford to)

why say that/ there is no proof at all, everything points to your wamuq shares after the split be worth .025 and after a few days you will see them worth .01. so there is no majic genie to make things better, u better get a grip cause you will see very soon. we got takin and people will lose a lot of money and there is absolutly nothing anyone can do. the lawyers got rich and we lose. but that is life, good luck to all. very sad
