They have 52%ngas production. They are going to drop from .04FD eps to .029 at today ngas prices. Their oil prices received will probably make up that difference and they are drilling for oil now so should increase oil percentage of production.
They are drilling cheap vertical oil wells in the DJ basin. That's smart. Some horizontals into the Niobrara. I think they are relatively expensive, considering they have more ngas than oil right now and will lost revs from ngas in 2012. Didn't see hedging so don't know how they got 5.37 for the ngas in their latest qtr. They won't get in the next reported qtr.
