Foreign opinion I have witnessed 1st hand, I have traveled all over Europe and Asia for the last 10 years. The world hated Bush, and lost a lot faith in America because of his actions. I don't know how I can offer you any proof other than, I was there. Any American that travels extensively will tell you, things have changed. Much of the "educated" world used to want a US passport, after Bush, that dropped substantially.
With Obama, we may have fallen with wealthy and political elite in countries with large portions of generally racist populations. I will refrain from listing them.
The only foreign poor I ever witnessed saying anything good about bush were from areas where a man is valued by his military might and willingness to use it.
