Rmarchma made an estimate for 4Q results (5 cents per share loss) in post 6137.

It looks like you included zero earnings from NEC due to the delayed payment. I believe that under accrual accounting IDCC will still book revenues from NEC for 4Q02 even though that one cash installment payment was delayed a month into 1Q03.

When you look at rmarchma's estimate, I'm nearly certain you'll like his numbers better than you own (LOL).

Let's all hope for some earnings surprise we're not aware of!
