If there is an SEC investigation going on I'm sure the SEC would not be too pleased with the details of that investigation being put out on a public message forum. If you are looking for verification that the SEC is in fact investigating going back to the original source of the rumor doesn't really verify anything. Lets remember that by the posters own admission his concern to date is about getting paid. Not providing information to this board. To me his new position and his lack of answers to questions posted solidifies that opinion.
