There is no speculation.

The NSE letter requires what it requires. IMGG can either comply or not.
The meeting resulted in an additional demand for actual pictures.
IMGG has acquired them or not.

It has been over 16 months since the NSE letter and over 4 months since the FDA meeting and the best estimate is sometime this year for resubmission.

It does not matter who the consultants are/were at the meeting or who else attended. The FDA did not take anything off the table but added more.

Any actionable misrepresentations of the past have not changed.
My appeal will move forward.

this will be resubmitted. question is when. i think if not resubmitted by july stock will go down. how low i don't know but my guess is below .05.

Homer, Dean clearly doesn't want to provide comparative images (or can't). I think MWE knew this and wouldn't continue with IMGG as a Client.

I don't know Dean's next step, but I do know they need money and that'll be addressed long before submission occurs.

Disappointing day overall. Let's see where Dean takes us next.
