Can you please post the actual text of the T.D. Ameritrade notice pertaining to ATTD purportedly now appearing on the DTCC Chill List (i.e., NOT the trade-for-trade list, the CHILL LIST)? Thanks.
No what I am talking about is the DTCC site, there is no Notice there lifting the Chill. TDA could do whatever they like, but their company policy has been to allow only closing positions on these chilled stock. There have been a couple that slipped through and it could very well be the e-mail and phone traffic finally got their attention that they were missing something here.
