I am mad at CSTI or who ever is dumping shares via CSTI.

It's called a pump and dump. There are two possibilities here, both preying on the share holder. One is what I have already written about. The other is the possibility that this buyout is legit but the news is for dilution purposes to sell shares ahead of the actual merger only to reverse split before actual acquisition is complete. In either case, the results are the same, many many bag holders. Welcome to penny land, CSTI and the company thanks you for your deposit into this company.
