If you believe funding exists, you should have reasons for doing so. Please provide any support you have for that belief. Not even EEGC's own PR's make the claim funding exists, so I'm doubtful you can offer ANY evidence that it does.

It's basic logic. ... as per Wikipedia, "When debating any issue, there is an implicit burden of proof on the person asserting a claim."
