"This guy" as an individual doesn't have me sold, however the sum of the executive team, Tiger's endorsement & what I feel are promising products have given me enough confidence to invest a reasonable amount (meaning an amount I can afford to lose although I certainly hope not to!).
IMHO it's not abnormal nor alarming that a legit CEO, youthful or not, be compensated at this level. It's not excessive considering the average CEO salary for bottom 10 percentile is reportedly >$300k.
FWIW - he hit the nail square on the head presenting difference in maintaining control of company between IPO and venture capitalist financing.
