Rocky you seem silent on elaboration on this move by Molen. Would you please care to take a stab at it. I am interested what are you thoughts on this.
Mr. Molen was CEO of Sanswire when Globetel bought them out for STOCK. When lunch of Strat is successful he is going to get a lot of shares per agreement. By stepping down from BOD isn't he voiding those shares. Also why would anyone give up control over the future of your past treasured company (Sanswire)by stopping down from Board of Directors ? THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE AND I SMELL SHADINESS WITH THIS DEAL. First there was Koenig and now is Molen ? It seems both of those individuals were asked to resign. The question to ask is WHY ? and for WHAT price ? No one walks away from couple of houndred millions of dollars that easy.
Have been away for the weekend and have just now returned. I post about once every couple of months and do not claim to be a shrewd investor by any stretch of the imagination but have held this stock for years for whatever reason. Maybe I am off base here but there appeared to be an AMAZING lack of discussion of Mr. Molens departure. Hello people. Does this not concern? Rocky almost NO comment by you. WHATS UP PEOPLE. Am I missing something? "Mr. Molen will be pursuing other business opportunities..." Right, there's nothing going on with this company. That's what I'd do.
