#33326 RE: jmodified #33325

Any thoughts on how this might play out? The vast majority of trades yesterday were at 8 cents or above, so anybody who bought yesterday would have to see the share price go up farther to really make any money. the stock has been getting accumulated over the last two months while the price has remained flat, but the volume yesterday was about equal to the volume of the last entire 4 weeks combined (minus that one big selloff day two weeks ago), so I don't think that's enough volume for traders to have entered before just yesterday.

Conspiracy theory #1 for entertainment value- what do you suppose the odds are that this increase in share price was orchestrated so that if/when Virtra announces another planned R/S (in the nearer future), it's at a lower ratio than last year and might get passed if an uplist is promised? We're getting around that time where annual report is coming due and management gets the urge to make corporate changes for a new year. If the whole statement about losing sales due to a penny share price really was true, the problem hasn't gone away and Virtra would still want to do something about it.
