I have TDA and ETrade, no problems.

TDA is sell only, ET I can do whatever.

Etrade has NO restriction..........ive been loading (lowering my high average) in the .0003s only paying 9.99 a trade no matter how many shares i purchased

We've heard of issues with any broker clearing through Penson for many Penny Stocks---I've been using Etrade for Pennies--havent hit an issue yet or settlement fee on any stock through them
