I read it twice and still don't have a read on it - positive mostly. My take is that Caledonia did have many options.

Solid Investment... They're a senior mining company... they are producing gold.. not dreaming of it... they're balance sheets are positive, they're not a hopeful Jr. wanna bee... Making aspiring promises... But.. I think it could be a few months....
Till its a concrete deal.. remember its only a MOU... a verbal agreement... i think by late 3Q we'll see something significant.. I project, if they pump this stock, and get it known... in the markets, it will find its rightful positions, and we could see... gains to $5.00 plus dollars... or more...

The markets on tuesday... hmmmm it could go either way... the stigma against Calv is not good.
The Govt. has their hands in Calv's back pocket... I'll feel comfortable with something in writing.. if this deal sticks.. I;ll breath a sigh of relief..

The markets tomorrow,, given the stigma, against could , i repeat, could cause an initial dip in the share price... remember, almost half of the companies present worth is now owing to the govt, and its people... After the dust settles.. that why i Say at least till 3 Q , then the sparks will fly... Its going to be exciting if they can get them to sign the agreement, ,and take this Mou from uncertainty to stability... RECOMMENDATION: Buy,, two thumbs up... especially when we know the top exec. just got 360+k of shares, then the Mou agreement,, and the fact, they are also looking to expand.. it can only get better...
