The problem is seven....and I agree with your post....that either 10% or 20%..whatever...it is illegal and it can and does manipulate the pps! It is as big a problem as what some say about "every company in Pink land is a scam"! It's no different than me telling my broker I want to buy those shares and I'll pay you later because I want to get this good pps but I can't pay you till Friday!
