GOLDLAND: please tell us more about this state blasting permit? I did not know there was a state agency in Idaho that issued blasting permits. the Federal ATF issues lic or certificates, that is a 90 day process and if they are hiring anyone with experience to do the work, they will have the permit. They will need storage areas for the explosives, blasting caps, etc, and that may need a permit from the ATF, but this could have all been taken care of a long time ago if they were capable of doing any planning. If you are so sure that they are waiting on a IDAHO blasting permit, then you must know the name of the agency that issues it. Can you tell us who that is???? Geomine
