If he did so now it would greatly reduce the impact of doing it at the CC. You appear to be desperate to have Kim do something, ANYTHING, to get the SP up RIGHT NOW as opposed to just waiting a couple of weeks. Is such a short wait really that difficult?

I would note that some might indeed have a strong need for haste: If, for example (purely hypothetically, of course) someone bought a bunch of KBLB by using margin equity on marginable stocks (can't use KBLB itself for margin equity of course) in mid January hoping to get a pop from the expected January CC and then got caught out by the delay, one might be in considerable difficulty, especially if the stocks that were used for margin equity started heading south. Sell some now and lock in the loss or take the BIG risk of it going south enough that you get a margin call and are forced to sell all your KBLB (because it has no equity and you'd have to sell a LOT more of the marginable stock to meet the call). You either lock in a loss on the marginable stock or miss out on an opportunity to catch what might be a very big wave on KBLB. What to do?

Oh, the pitfalls of margin!

Now if they'd used SGMO as equity.... ;^)

", virtually eliminating the volatility that traders use so effectively"

Sorry but no it won't..it'll only make it better for traders..and like it or not, there's nothing wrong with that..

Unless Kim tells us about a deal, ie $$$$ then the sp is just gona drop.
The CC, whenever it happens might make the sp go up a bit pre-CC but if its like the last one then we're gona drop afterwards.

IMO I think its follish for Kim to even consider buying another company. He needs to think of a potential buyer as a judge/jury in a court case and sell sell sell the product.

Haveing a product thats twice as strong and not makeing any $$$ in what? 1.5 years keeps setting my alarms off.

Being in an industry that bills hourly, I can understand why a lawyer has it burnt into his head to drag everything out but not 1.5 yrs.

Mooooo Kim Moooooo

This message is'nt meant for anyone in particular. Just venting.
