Unless Kim tells us about a deal, ie $$$$ then the sp is just gona drop.

IMO I think its follish for Kim to even consider buying another company. He needs to think of a potential buyer as a judge/jury in a court case and sell sell sell the product.

He is buying because there won't be any deals without Kim going commercial himself.

Haveing a product thats twice as strong and not makeing any $$$ in what? 1.5 years keeps setting my alarms off.

Transcript of someone who talked to Kim last april, we were chatting over the net while he was on the phone with Kim)

OK, so first I congratulated him and let him know a little of my background (MBA and that I can handle all the details)

I asked him about revenue generation.
2:20 PM
As has been publicly disclosed, he feels the best option is to acquire a company already in the market (ie: a small private textile manufacturer).

such a deal would be done with equity and cash. I was concerned about the equity part. He confirmed that it would be a dilutive type of equity; however, the value of gaining the private company is win win:
2:21 PM
Not only does the private company get to go public and increase their own value, but Kraig anticipates that this company woudl already be a revenue generating company. So immediately, KBLB would be partnered and generating revenue from the new company's exisiting product line
2:22 PM
The value for KBLB is an established partner in the industry leading to rapid marketability. He and I agreed that such a partnership, although dilutive in shares, would be beneficial to the overall value of the company and he hopes that shareholders would see it that way and thus it would effectively raise stock price instead of lowering it
2:23 PM
so then I asked about how he knows about getting a good deal. M&A isn't easy.
2:24 PM
He uses outside consultants on many projects. He anticipates using M&A people to find a suitable acquisition target. He also mentioned that he anticipates this to DONE IN 2011!!

**all this is already known information though

the rest was talking about potential financial figures, EBIDA, valuations, financing, debt, etc
2:25 PM
all in all, I came off the call thinking I should be a LOT more investment cash in this company... haha

*should put
2:26 PM
me: what do you think though, say 23 rest at 10 cents 2 months from now, no new pr's, then pr that we are acquiring a silk factory for x million dollars, what do you see happening

*we, not 23
2:27 PM
(other person's name removed): It will definitely depend on the textile company acquired and their size. Obviously, he made it clear that it will be a private company and not a big publicly traded company. He stressed win win for all parties which I enjoyed. Are you asking for a pps forecast?
2:28 PM
because that also depends on how dilutive the acquisition deal is
2:29 PM
me: bigger the acquisition= more dilutive, smaller=less, biggr = more revenue existing and prob bigger future revenue potential, so wouldnt bigger be better? let me know
2:30 PM
(other person's name removed): (10k is out)
2:31 PM
bigger would be better. Bringing in a private company means their value immediately rises by becoming public by trading with a forward ratio. He will hopefully buy the best he can afford.

the problem for US is getting shareholders to see it that way. Not everyone understands business and finance and value
2:32 PM
me: most penny investors believe what the pr makes it sound to be
2:34 PM
(other person's name removed): right, because they trade momentum; not value
2:35 PM
but the hype would probably surround commercialization and production which could outweigh the cost
2:36 PM
me: I see the market having time to accumulate before this rocket ship truly takes off

The intriguing thing about a quiet period due to a non-disclosure agreement is that Kim could also be working on a contract to sell the company for $5+ while retaining a % of future sales for himself. The fact that this lottery ticket is only worth .083 per share is a very enticing gamble. Especially given the fact that two highly respected publications have validated the science and some product(s). (Textile World)

We have six more business days left in February and Kim most likely will need to make a statement to avoid damaging his integrity by not following up on his assertion of a CC in February. Will he deliver? I bet he does ... but does he deliver a single or home run is the question. It would be nice to know what inning we are in as well .....

GLTA ... will this be the week?

git 'er done and let 'er run ...
