Along with the PR's and SEC filings, I see you as a valuable resource. Glad you're here.

As you know, one of the metrics that shareholders are glued to in a microcap is share structure. Glad to see the following:

(Latest) 10-Q/Quarterly period ended: November 30, 2011:
During the three month period ended November 30, 2011 the Company did not sell any stock nor repurchase any of its equity securities.

Hopefully the company won't dilute into any spike as so many OTC/Pinks do.

Is the info on OTCMarkets current?

I called the TA recently but it's gagged. Rep recited the SEC dictum about fairness ... all shareholders must be notified via filings (paraphrasing). Understandable but it would be terrific if you could allay any concerns about dilution, including any conversion of shares to debt or stakeholders.
