no, I mean the entire liquidating trust like you said... if they're in Class 19 along with Preferred equity, how would they get it all before everyone else?
(I see now that you meant that you're surprised they didn't insist on APR, which I agree with... I'm still kinda bummed about that, even though I wasn't counting on it happening.)
