Some people don't understand, the difference between AS , and the OS , issued and outstandinding shares and the tradeble float! OS is the reduction they PR'd, so it has to be subtracted from that number. Which is always lower than the authorized shares or I guess it could be the same. This is not a share buy back . Wouldn't that come directly out of the tradable float??? Its just a reduction in outstanding shares. goods news all the same, but a share buyback would send this stock into orbit!
