The share buy back has nothing to do with the A/S. It reduced the outstanding shares. On otc markets the share structure has not been updated since Sept 30, 2011. Jason claimed that the A/S has not been raised, meaning the O/S could not of exceeded 500 million shares. Some posters were doing their math equations and came up with 681 million shares - 150 million buyback... 531 million in the O/S now. So unless Jason is misinformed, there cant be 531 million shares outstanding. Again, unless there was a typo about the 22% reduction.
