I am entitled to not completely agree with you.

The fact that 'we' common and preferred shareholders are sitting here lamenting about the relative low price we might recieve, and to bicker about what potential value might be hidden or stolen under cover of night by JPM/FDIC,..

Instead of wailing in our beer about how it is so unfair that we have been cancelled with total loss,...

Is a matter of relative win. We could have certainly fared far, far, far worse.

And I look to recoup significant lost value over the next year or so. As I am one of the late-arriving 'vultures' - my bar for relative success here is quite a bit lower than the pre-BK holders who totally got hosed.
