Funny, just last year I saw a $30 NASDAQ company purchase an OTC company for 7 cents per share (FYI it was an asset purchase). Unfortunately for shareholders, the company's shares were a little overvalued which made the buyout price of the stock lower than what they expected. But hey, don't get to panicky man, NASDAQ companies are allowed to buyout the shares of a Pinksheet company.
