I couldn't say if you are correct or not, but remember a buyout or merger or anything like this needs the approval from both companies. Not saying this has happened and indeed the lawyers have it for negotiations. I hope you are right.

Yeah you have to wonder why a cash healthy company is clearing the debts off their books rather quickly. That's why I am giving the BUYOUT TARGET RAWR rumors any credence.
