Ericy could not itself BOTH disseminate the documents in question AND then ask the Judge to rule against their admissability. They could be charged with OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE. But if the widespread release of those documents were traced to this IDCC board ..... well then they are free and clear to do their legal dirty work.
