Of course he may be right---or not...the point is that a handful of shares traded on a grey stock cannot be deciphered to mean anything--to say that it seems to indicate insiders are trading is ludicrous--this "news" has been known for days and to equate a coupla hundred bucks to insider dumping is folly..

if it is the bad guys somebody better tell them they have 2 days to file those pesky Form 4's :-)
