That's wrong. The "news" that has been known for days was that Turrini had been sidelined by the judge, limiting his ability to continue practicing frauds on the CLYW shareholders... which the documents the court has provided us are not shy in describing.
That Turrini was found to be in contempt of the courts prior order re elections ? That Williams was found to be correct in his claims about the bogus elections that were held, and the results of them, while Peirce and Turrini appear to have lied to the judge about the basis on which they'd acted ?
Then, we see the judge's reassurances re his concern for the well being of CLYW's shareholders in the opinion, too, and see his effort addressing and dismissing the concerns re holding a "fire sale" in denying their last motion ?
And then... there's Turrini AGAIN... STILL practicing securities fraud by posturing flagrant lies in SEC filings... only, now, doing that very thing with CLYW under the court's supervision ?
No, that's not news that has been "known for days".
