This may help understand the large blocks on the ask and why there is not enough buying to allow the stock to go up. It is a matter of supply and demand. The supply of shares for sale exceeds the number of buyers. Sure the transactions were buy initiated but that does not mean there isn't more sellers than buyers.

During the third quarter 2011 the Company issued 10,000,000 common shares for
the exercise of warrants at $0.0025 per share, 8,000,000 common shares for the
exercise of warrants at $0.005 per share, 3,000,000 common shares for various
services at market price and 10,357,142 units for cash at $0.0035 per unit with
each unit consisting of one common share and one 12 month warrant exercisable at
$0.007 per share.

During the period ended November 30, 2011 the Company issued 22,000,000 common
shares to settle $52,500 debt, 1,428,571 units at $0.0035 per unit with each
unit consisting of one common share and one 12 month warrant exercisable at
$0.007 per share, 4,500,000 shares for consulting services at $0.0055 per share,
6,000,000 units at $0.0055 per unit for consulting services with each unit
consisting of one common share and one 12 month warrant exercisable at $0.005
per share and 5,000,000 common shares for cash in the exercise of warrants at
$0.0025 per share.

During the first quarter of 2012 the Company sold 20,978,571 units of restricted
company shares and warrants for $75,875. During this same quarter current
shareholders exercised outstanding warrants paying $83,425 for 21,664,284 shares
for a grand total of 42,642,855 restricted shares.

Notice the first sections clearly leaves out the restricted statement and states issued common shares. Also I believe its a typo and it meant period ending December 30. We have a class act accountant on this staff...LOL

You can see the difference in the statement when the shares are restricted from selling since they increased the OS another 21m in January but they were restricted so we don't need to worry about them until June.

I would expect the pressure on the stock is the holder that got stock as payment just simply unloading. IF that's the case than we need to see 22.4m shares sold over the last few months to know they are out.

Any of those are possible, but it doesn't really matter, we have no control over what the minute to minute minutia is. But, we do know the DD, and also know once current, news flows. I say " know" in the most colloquial sense. I remember last feb, at the very end of the month , it took a dip, put in a double bottom, and.....well, you know the rest. I really and truly do think you Will profit Steve, I've been here too long , as have you, to sugar coat anything or spin. If I didn't know that good things were coming..... Well, i would be onto something else.

Also, right before it ran last spring, there were some precursors, one of those was random vol spikes, and the other was sudden price swings..... Stay tuned.
